Brora links with Voyado to enhance customer purchasing
Scottish cashmere and clothing brand Brora has chosen Swedish retail technology platform Voyado “to enhance its purchasing journey for customers, helping the brand focus on creating a truly personalised experience”.

Brora said it has partnered with Voyado to help it integrate data from various customer touchpoints, encompassing both online and physical interactions.
This will help Brora “to implement targeted marketing campaigns and communicate with individual customers more effectively”.
The partnership will help the retailer streamline Brora’s outreach efforts “by providing a unified customer data overview, enhancing customer engagement”.
The association also forms part of Voyado’s overall strategy, “supporting luxury retailers to overcome challenges related to driving repeat custom without eroding brand value and margin”.
By combining loyalty concepts and customer data platforms (CDP) in one, Voyado said its retailers “can gain a better understanding of how different customer cohorts behave, and look for innovative ways to motivate them”.
Lola Keeling, Website Manager for Brora, said: “Voyado’s solutions… also gives us scalability for the future when we begin to incorporate aspects such as Loyalty Management and omnichannel communications.”
Voyado said 2024 will continue to be a focused year of growth as it expands its position in the UK retail market. It has already secured new partnerships with Luca Faloni, Belstaff and parenting brand parenting brand Silver Cross in recent months.
