Bhubaneswar: Seven playgrounds in Ekamra assembly constituency here are set to get a fresh lease of life with Bhubaneswar Development Authority (BDA) initiating the process to redevelop the facilities under its B-Active Plan.
Social security and empowerment of persons with disabilities department minister Ashok Chandra Panda on Monday performed the groundbreaking ceremony of the seven playgrounds including Jadupur football ground at Dumuduma, Kapil Prasad high school playground at Ghatikia, UP School playground at Ghatikia, Badagada High School, Kolathia play ground near AMRI Hospital and Unit-VIII Boys High School at Gopabandhu Nagar.
