Job description:

Teaching/ Conducting classes:

– Providing end to end teaching to various segments as well as taking sessions on your areas of expertise across batches. This will include all 4 skills – Reading, Writing, Listening & Speaking.

– Dealing with Special Courses like Personality Development and Interview Skills. Knowledge of products like Voice & Accent Neutralization: Phoneme &Sounds, pronunciation, voice clarity and fluency will be beneficial.

– Conduct classroom activities to improve learning through innovative and interactive ways. Integrating technology with teaching in effective ways.

– Regular evaluation of student scores and designing of remedial plans on one to one basis.

– Organise external sessions with schools/ corporates / events in order to promote the products. To become capable to take such sessions

– Track performance of students from enrolment till end of session.

Content Development:

– Designing Interactive games for all the segments in to order to make English learning easy and fun. Will include class activities, role plays, group discussions etc.

– Creating repository of freeware on English.

Student Mentoring:

– Counsel students who walk into the center for enrolments in case of need.

– Assist the center team in some of the engagement activities wherever the role of a faculty member is requested.
