Currently a Top Hotel is hiring for its properties in Various locations in Hyderabad and Bangalore
Job role:Guest Relations Executive
Job locations:Bangalore and Hyderabad
Salary: 14K for freshers,
22K for Experiences
Job description:
1.Handling the incoming customers, taking care of the check in and check out activities
2.Helps and assists the hotel manager with all day task
3.Manage Breakfast operations and take guest feedbacks during it.
4.Will help in room service(F&B and amenities)
5.Maintain Inventory count in the property.
6.Do guest delight activities and create great guest experience.
7.Should audit rooms and create room check lists.
Required qualification:
1.Good communication skills
2.12th pass/Diploma/Any graduation
3.Experience is hotel industry is added advantage.
***Hotel Management freshers are most welcome
