Candidate must be from Building materials/ Luxury Windows background for eg. Durall, Doors and Doors or Luxury Furniture, Premium Bath fittings, etc. First-hand experience on dealing with architects and interior designers. Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with architects and recommending solutions. Should conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and references. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on our products/ services Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and project tracking data Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences Collaborate with team to achieve better results
