Experience leading technical support teams

5 to 8 years of experience in windows, desktop, servers

Must have minimum 3+ year of experience as Team lead

Should have Knowledge into procurement and purchasing (IT assets)

Vendor Management

Experience in providing services to agreed SLAs

Experienced in Problem and Incident Management

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Flexible in working outside of core business hours at short-notice

Should have excellent written and verbal communication skills

Willing to work in rotational shifts

Technical Skills and Experiences

Good experience on Office 365 configuration and support

Experience with antivirus software

Extensive problem solving and debugging skills

Expert on AD, DHCP, DNS, IIS

Good knowledge in Windows 7/ 8/10 OS
