Electrical Supervisor-job in Tirap Full Time

Job Summary

Responsible for all Maintenance activities of Electrical systems for all the

whole palace and all associated Buildings & locations.

Allocating works to the Technicians on Daily basis collecting reports,
requesting material from store.

Must be full conversant with latest Technology of the system and capable of
diagnosis of faults and carry our repairs.

Knowledge and hands on experience on Operation. Maintenance and repair
of Electrical system & Equipment, transformers, HV switch Gears, LV switch

Gears, control panels, main Distribution panels. Main Distribution boards, Sub

Distribution boards, capacitor banks power Generator control panels

Changeover control panels etc.

Work experience on 33 KV transformer substations, 11 kv transformer
substations, 11 KV diesel generators and changeover system.

Knowledge and work experience on forward and reverse synchronization
system

Maintenance and inspection of fire Alarm system.
Lighting dimming system.
Knowledge of building management system (BMS).
Knowledge of Kitchen Equipment.
Knowledge of AUTO CAD and reading drawings
Communicates regularly with all maintenance supervisors, both individually
and as a group, to ensure good two-way communication concerning

maintenance issue.

Tracks, analysis and improves key maintenance parameters such as asset
utilization, maintenance cost, PM compliance, schedule compliance, etc.

Directs, maintains and enforces the safety program for the maintenance
department; reviews safety records to uphold standards of maximum safety for

all maintenance supervisors, technicians and tradesmen.

Initiates, implements and manages the maintenance program based on best
practices in the industry with an emphasis on planning / scheduling and preventive/ predictive maintenance.
