2. To ensure man power availability its utilization.
3. To ensure achievement of daily target.
4. To ensure availability of packing material as per production plan.
5. To follow maintain Quality System procedure as per documentation.
6. To identify arrange training to workers as per requirement.
7. To coordinate with other sections to meet the daily targets to supervise provide guidance to juniors.
8. To coordinate with Sales department and prepare dispatch.
