Lead Associate Production Engineer Full Time

Job description Title: Lead Associate Production Engineer Experience: 3+ Years Location: IT Park, Chandigarh
This will play an important role in the support of BASWARE s production systems.
The IT infrastructure is used in BASWARE to support Enterprise SaaS systems. We currently operate systems in 7 data centres across Europe, USA and Australia. A wide range of customer organizations uses the services hosted in these DCs globally.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our colleagues in production support, deployment as well as with Research & Development, and other specialist teams, in a dynamic international environment.

Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in a Technology field, related certifications
3 to 4 years of experience in the support and management of large IT systems
Fluent written and spoken English Excellent communication and problem – solving skills Analytical and organized working style Willing to participate in a 247 Operations Skills Linux Centos, Red Hat, Bash Windows 2012 R2 AWS Technologies like Networking, CloudFormation, EC2 Directory Server 398 Certificate, Server Security Concepts Monitoring Tools – Splunk, DataDog, Dynatrace, Cloudwatch, Agile Tools – Jira & Conflunace Incident Management Tool – Service Now
Role Accountabilities
Ensure the platform is up and running Handling of tickets related to the platform.
Provide support to consultants, support and R&D from a platform perspective.
Platform and database changes. Customer specific change management Should have good knowledge of Oracle, SQL and MongoDB. Hands on experience implementing SSO Hands on experience implementing VPN Should have experience in working and implementing certificates. Should have good knowledge of Linux and Windows. Problem – solving, problem description, communication, collaboration, and reporting experience Working knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, Splunk etc Hands on experience on scripting.
