Role Summary / Purpose:
* To improve an organizations market position and achieve financial growth by finding the need of the customer and to sell our products, goods and services to customers.
* To build key customer relationships, identifies business opportunities, negotiates and closes business deals.
* To work under the guidance of the team leader and complete the assigned tasks / responsibilities within the deadlines.
Essential Responsibilities:
* Extensive travel to identify the new sales leads and pitching products.
* Identifying potential markets to meet sales goals.
* Adding value to our business by identifying effective and structured sales plans.
* Carrying out promotional event management and marketing activities.
* Assisting the marketing activities by dealing & follow-up with orders .
* Traveling extensively in and around India for focusing Domestic Markets.
* Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers and develop effective customers relationships through regular meetings to identify and obtain further sales and business development opportunities.
* Identifying key customer goals and strategies.
* Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meeting with clients to inform them about new developments in the companys products.
* Managing Commercial and Marketing to meet or exceed targets relating to revenue growth, activities, profit margin, mix of products sales, customer retention and customer acquisition.
* Working with Individual and Group marketing to develop marketing campaigns to support Sales Strategy.
* Collecting information on transportation and product shipments.
* To maintain the stock inventory and requisition of new stocks.
Undertaking ongoing competitor research and analysis to assist in decision making.
* Building trust and long-term relationships with clients / customers.
* Provide regular feedback to management about marketplace and competitor activity.
* Scheduling and co-ordinating work in tight deadlines and within financial budget.
* Liaising with suppliers and customers to ensure best customer satisfaction.
* Maintain confidentiality about all works.
Qualifications / Requirements:
Experience : 0-3 years
Education : Bachelors Degree in Business Administration / Industrial Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Supply Chain Management / any relevant specialisation
Function Area : Sales / Marketing / Customer Service / Supply Chain
Skills Required:
* A clear and pleasant Communication.
* Ability to handle pressure.
* Ability to manage diverse projects in a fast-paced environment.
* Highly organized and capable of multi-tasking.
* Problem solving and analytical skills.
* Comfortable with Linux operating systems and other open-source software applications.
* Fluency in English, Tamil is mandatory (Hindi – added advantage).
* Familiar with CRM systems and practices.
* Ability to store and record information accurately.
* Good written and oral communication skills.
* Good computer related skills.
* Good social and interpersonal skills.
* Experience in ERP is preferable.
* Prior marketing / sales experience shall be highlighted, if any
