Manage all fund accounting operations based on accounting principles – Work with various stakeholders & liaising with auditors, consultants, bankers, third parties etc.
Prepare budgets, financial forecasts & identify risks on the balance sheet with ways of mitigating the risks – Develop periodic reports for management review – Look after taxation aspects, compliance, financial & regulatory reporting – Overview the financial statements, related schedules & audits for the financial year.
Responsible for the preparation and review of financial information and assist in the preparation of standard monthly reports including analysis of various balance sheet components and cash flows.
Build knowledge of business flows with a view to providing strong analytical reviews & monthly commentary
Participate pro-actively in finance transformation projects and other initiatives leading to higher added-value work
Help monitor reconciliations and assist the team with other ad hoc projects such as reporting, process reviews and systems testing
