We have an urgent opening for DGM / AGM – Finance & Accounts – CA – F&B Firm

Job Description

Reports to : VP – Finance

Knowledge of Income tax.

Roles & Responsibility:

1. Managing Financial, Accounting and Statutory Matters of all Companies and Plants under the group

2. Representing companies with all the statutory bodies including VAT, Excise, Service Tax, Income tax, GST (State & Central), Registrar of Company etc,

3. Ensure compliance as per statute under all the applicable laws (Especially IT, MCA and Local tax)

4. Implementing all cost effective methods

5. Liaison with Statutory Auditors and ensure to complete the Audit on or before the due date

6. Financial Planning and Management. Treasury Management, Working Capital Management & Managing payables and receivable

7. Liaison with Banks for arranging/renewal/takeover facilities, arranging LC, Buyers Credit. Warehouse funding etc

8. Preparation of Budgets and analysis of variance both departmental vice and company as a whole

9. Preparation of Monthly/Quarterly/Half yearly/Annually Individual and Consolidated Financial Statements with Accepted Accounting Policies prevailing in India, and other MIS

10. Supervise subordinate performance based on predefined parameters.

Must Have:

– 5 + years in Manufacturing is must.

– Experience in SAP is must.

– Knowledge in ROC matters.
