1) Job profile: Portfolio Manager
Key functions will be:
Managing end-to-end sales lifecycle tapping prospects, analyzing their requirements, rendering advice, negotiating commercially and ensuring timely disbursement of loan documents to the customer.
Driving a Team of direct sales excusive ( DSTs) to sell Unsecured Business Loans (BL) , funding against credit card and OD and implement strategies towards enhancing penetration, business volumes and growth.
Expertise in tapping prospects, analyzing their requirements, rendering guidance to clients and negotiate (commercially) for Loan products.
To ensure internal and external customer satisfaction
Good understanding of customer profile especially the self-employed customers, markets and products.
Experience in Managing Distribution Channels (DSA).
Strong relationship building skills as needs to interact with various custome and DSA for business.
Strong customer focus.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
