Shortlisting/ matching profiles according to job specifications and verifying references.
Conducting candidate interviews, negotiating salary/ bill rates, closing on delivery issues.
Negotiating employment terms/ conditions, third party contract finalization, Candidate should have excellent working knowledge of all tax terms like C2C, W2, 1099 and C2H .
Ensuring candidate delivery for placements.
Identifying candidate non delivery signals in advance and taking counter measures.
Resume logging in the CardinalTS internal database for future reference.
