Location : Mumbai / Navi Mumbai / Thane
Salary : upto 4.8 LPA + Incentives
Only for Candidates from Mumbai and Bangalore Location
Only Candidates with experience in Home Loan Preferred.
Sales Experience with excellent communication skills required.
Job Description:
The candidate will work as a home loan advisor and will work closely with builders to provide home loan solution to their customers
Enable technology solution at clients end so that their team can use it
Understand the customer requirements and provide him the right home loan solution using technology
Work from the builders project site and Office to provide solution to customers visiting the property
Create a robust sales pipeline from the potential customers provided and do constant follow up with potential customers
Maintain customer details in systems/dashboard in the manner instructed.
Coordinate with other teams to provide excellent service to the customer
Required Skills
Candidate must have Good communication and convincing skills.
Preference will be given to candidates that have knowledge about Home Loans
Ability to work well with people, both internally and with the external customers.
Prioritize assignments, follow-up to ensure task completion, and manage multiple projects.
