PROCESS & PRODUCT:
Lead In NPI/NPD activities
Responsible for all the technological activities at the designated area.
Release of new products (NPD ) as per time line- Industrialization of new product and process.
Review of key product and process parameters and initiate actions.
Product and process quality improvement.
Generate quality improvement projects to improve the product performance and process efficiencies.
System implementation, monitoring and control.
Lead activities and execute, that involve issuing reports, conducting product/process quality audits, issuing and dispositioning product holds, process & material specifications related to maintaining and improving the product quality within the manufacturing process.
Lead Productivity and execute Kaizens in respective areas.
