Roles and Responsibility:

Advanced technical support for desktops, thin clients, InfoSec products (EP,Antivirus) ,backup and restore

-Windows / Linux OS troubleshooting ,Patch update and drivers installation – servers,OS backup / recovery knowledge

– branch servers and low end Servers like Dhruva etc.,Networking concept (OSI,TCP/IP,Topology etc),Virtualisation skills

– VM Disks monitoring and management,Anti Virus support at Server side ( Any Server mentioned here means high end desktop )
