Senior Functional Consultant Logistics Full Time
Primary purpose and function of this position
The primary responsibility of the Senior Functional Consultant Logistics SAP Center of Excellence is to support the design, configure and implementation of the Global Logistics processes supported by SAP in both Manuafacturing and distribution rollouts.
Should learn and develop deep understanding and knowledge of One of our client company’s Global Logisitics template and required integration with other modules and systems. Expert in SAP IM/WM area and act as the guardian of the Global Enterprise Template
Status reporting to both the IT and Business stakeholders. Provide Functional Specifications to Technical teams for any Customized developments. Guide and Support the local resources during UAT scope definition, planning and execution. Coordinate and support maintenance partner with ongoing maintenance. Assure that SAP is validated according to corporate standards
As part of a global team the Senior Functional Consultant is expected to have outstanding communication and presentation skills, know how to work remotely with other IT professionals, team members and consultants, be self motivated and have the ability to manage him/herself, as well as others.
Key responsibilities
Conduct implementation workshops. Analyze business requirements and archetect IT solutions using SAP functional knowledge. Assist in gap analysis and master data requirements mapping. Determining WRICEF requirements and interfaces requirements and design IT supporting solutions
Support Data migration cycles. Provide guidance and assistance on test plan and end-user documentation. Coordinate with other team members and SAP consultants on integration requirements. Coordinate and integrate with other IT tracks and projects
