– Designation: Technical Support Associate
– Email and Chat support to US based small and medium enterprises
– 24*7 shift environment
– 12 months financial SLA (Service Level Agreement)
– Hardware, Networking and Software Level Troubleshooting

Roles & Responsibilities
– Troubleshooting / Fixing Dell desktops, portables and peripherals for small and medium business as well as consumers both US and Canada.
– Real Time Technical Support.
– Excellent written / phone etiquette skills.
– Demonstrates initiative and good judgment in resolving issues effecting customer satisfaction.
– Good knowledge of Dell Products and peripherals.
– High level of Initiative and extremely motivated. Ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
Candidate Profile
– Graduate (Technical-BE/BCS/BCA/BSc (IT)) Fresher’s or Undergraduate candidates with 6 months of experience can apply.
– Highly Proficient in Computer Hardware, Networking and Software.
– Ability to demonstrate strong analytical, problem solving and multi- tasking skills.
– Must be a Team Player.
