Hiring for domestic and international voice profile.

Location : Noida, Delhi & Ghaziabad

Job Type : Voice

Salary : 1 to 3 LPA

Qualification : 10+2 or Graduate in any stream

Skills -:

1. Outgoing and energetic attitude

2. Good listening skills – dont interrupt customers, but engage them. Make sure you understand what theyre asking. Ask questions. You may have scripts and cues to read from, but dont be a robot.

3. Multi-tasking ability

4. Excellent problem-solving capabilities

4. You should be familiar with basic programs (Windows, Excel, Word, etc.) and be able to enter data quickly.

5. Good communication skills in english language.
