– Level 1 support/administration on Firewall, Proxy, DNS/DHCP/IPAM on infoblox appliance, and partner extranet connection
– Request & Change Management: Rule changes, Creation of new partner connections, blacklist & whitelist management, DNS operations & requests-

Technical Excellent understanding of Internet security infrastructures viz. 4
– Bluecoat Proxy;
– DNS – Internet Systems Consortium (ISC) BIND environment preferably Infoblox;
– DHCP – Internet Systems Consortium (ISC) DHCP environment, preferably Infoblox;
– Familiarity with Linux (Debian) shell environment and basic scripting;
– Usage of Cacti and Nagios tools
– Relationship Management Establishes and maintains positive business relationships with end-users (listens to end-user problems, explain/pedagogy) and other members of the Internet team (located in France) 5
