Senior Software Engineer (Computer Vision) Full Time

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Produce highly efficient code with documentation, unit- tests, and integration scripts

Actively participate with other senior team members to facilitate the system architecture decisions

Research on new techniques and libraries to streamline development

Create and maintain documentation by using project management tools such as JIRA/ Confluence

Innovate approaches to overcome complexities

Coordinate with overseas software engineers

Create accurate estimates of implementation times and report on progress REQUIRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:

2 – 3 Years of C , OpenCL/ CUDA experience

Experience with OpenCV and other related computer vision libraries

Exceptionally good with threads

Well acquainted with C 11

Should know your way around Linux

Experience to break down a complex problem into simpler tasks

Development experience of Image Processing and Computer Vision algorithms DESIRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:

Shell scripting

Familiarity with Maltab, Octave, or other quick prototyping tools

Previous experience in Image processing or Low Latency applications is an added advantage

Good communicator and team player

Strong knowledge of design patterns

Ability to take direction and work autonomously within a team

Knowledge of versioning systems, project management, and task management tools
