Constructing briefs / role descriptions, advising on compensation, monitoring and reporting on progress, conducting telephone screening interviews.
Scrutinizing applications and providing shortlists to line managers.
Developing resourcing campaigns, advising on process, routes to market, use of assessment and selection tools, media and resourcing technologies
