Ergodot is seeking highly motivated, achievement- driven sales associates to contribute to our double- digit growth. The person will be responsible for sales & business development assignments by meeting architects, builders, interior designers for project as well as retail business. You will also be responsible to meet key corporate clients in medium to large scale organisations for project business. Generating leads through inbound and outbound marketing programs. Doing cold calling depending upon the business needs. Being on field most of the time with an objective to generate leads and develop strong rapport with key people within and outside the industry. Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Master s degree preferred, or equivalent level of experience considered if evidence of ongoing professional development. Some knowledge of Herman Miller products / Furniture industry, services, and culture, as well as the ability to distinguish Herman Miller products / services from the competition. Building and maintaining excellent Customer Relationship and satisfaction with Existing and New Clients during and end of projects to generate repeat business.
