Specific Qualification Requirement, If any( Eg: CA, LLB) – Graduation- Any

Industry Preference (Insurance, Telecom, BFSI) – Industry Preference (Insurance, Telecom, BFSI)

% Travel Required in this Position – Travelling for Partner Meeting and Sales are involved.

Job Description –

Key Account abilities (A collection of duties and/or responsibilities assigned) –

Work on assigned leads and generate referrals from every visit that is made to the customer. Achieve sales targets as assigned by the organization month-on-month basis , Cross sell and up sell Exide Life Insurance products based on the life cycle needs of the customers and as defined by the organization. Meeting the customers to solicit insurance products based on appointments in the course of daily activities. Ensure that a comprehensive financial need analysis of customers is done and provide insurance solutions based on analysis. Strict adherence to organizations policies and processes.

Skills, Knowledge & Qualifications (Framework required by the position) –

Applicant must have stayed in the same location/vicinity for more than 2 years
Educational Qualification Any graduation
1-4 Years of Sales Experience (Life Insurance Preferably)
Age should be between 21-30 Years
Must have excellent presentation skills.
Personal Attributes & Competencies –

Applicant must be excellent at selling skills and social networking skills
Should be well conversant in the local language and must have excellent communication skills.
