Job Description
The purpose of the position of Junior Product Support Manager is to handle customer complaints and training of field staff.
Job Responsibility:
1. To train field staff.
2. To handle complain and ensure customer satisfaction.
3. To conduct demo at customer end.
4. To conduct TIP/TIS.
5. Any other task assigned by the reporting manager / seniors.
Special Skills Required: Good Communication Skills, Analytical & customer convincing skills
Product/ technical knowledge: Basics of Immunology.
Qualification: M.Sc. (Biotechnology/Biochemistry)
Experience: Fresher
