Sell Flinto solution within a territory Provide weekly and monthly sales action plan to manager, reflecting the activities required in each account to achieve sales objectives Able to initiate sales discussions and close sales in routine situations, and with guidance when handling more complex deals Participate in Trade Displays and Conference when required Desired Profile : Strong academic back ground Experience in Direct Solution Selling (Preferred experience in insurance, banking, education & vacation/holiday selling) Extrovert, Assertive and Persistent (not – yes sir/I will get back to you ) Strong presentation skills in English and local language (should be comfortable in addressing a group)
