Experience in the Solar Structure and Solar PV Systems, Civil, Product Design, Structures Design, Design Engineering & Piping, Estimation and Costing.
Technical knowledge & design skills. Working analysis of new product and Structure.
Knowledge in concept Design & Drafting.
Modeling and Designing of various machine components, structures and assemblies are done using AutoCAD and Solid Works.
Knowledge of types of manufacturing processes like Solar Panel Production, Welding, Assemblies, Sheet metal forming, Machining and Pipe bending.
Responsibilities and Duties

Responsible for Designing and Drafting of structure and civil details
Responsible for Re-engineering and Drafting of manual conveyors
Prepared accurate and detailed mechanical and electrical drawing sets for system installation,
Documentation of the project, Demonstration & slide presentation to the Customer
Preparation of Planning sheet , BOM, Layout ,modeling & Detailing the dwg & Production Follow up
Drafting of sketch in to AutoCAD format and making presentation drawing with different Graphic software
Preparing approval drawing as per the rules and regulation of Authority.
Closely working with Production department to overcome the difficulties during production.
Prepare a detailing of component with GD&T.
Customer enquiries and supervision of the project.
Have knowledge in manufacturing process.
Complete the assignment within the estimated time.
Finding Root Cause Analysis and corrective actions for Customer Complaints
Conversion of 2D drawings to 3D Dimensional Parametric Based Solid Models
