JOB RESPONSIBILITY-

Responsible for Periodic Preventive Maintenance and break down Maintenance of Production machines like FFS filling machine, Pin hole testing machine, pouch packing machine, capping machine, labelling machine, printing machine, Stability chambers, Cold storage, Deefrezer, Incubators, Autoclave, Dry Heat Sterilizers, Manufacturing Vessel, Stirrer etc

Installations & commission of GMP-designated field devices for BMS operation like-Various types of temperature, pressure & relative humidity Transmitters & Sensors, temperature indicator & controller, Control Valve & Various types of Actuator, Local Display unit (LDU) for user interface Communication Panel.

Operation and maintenances of AHUs, Ventilations, BMS (ALC software), DDC & VFD panels, IBMS System, 120Kva UPS, ACBs make Simence, and Complete HVAC System.

Operation & trouble shooting of BMS System of ALC (Automated Logic Control) Software. We maintained the Room Temperature, Relative Humidity, and Diff. Presser according to Classification of Room Class.

Installation & commissioning of PCC, HVAC MCC, Process MCC and Power & Lighting DBs.

Having knowledge of VFD as all AHU are running through ACS 550 series VFD ABB make. Parameter setting & installation.

Safety interlocks testing work.

Responsible for qualification of utility and process equipment and making their protocols.

Responsible for calibration of instruments and maintaining their records.

Instrument calibration schedule, Preventive as well as Breakdown maintenance schedule etc.

Prepared all electrical, Mechanical & BMS yearly and monthly planner as plan done all activity as per schedule

Operation and maintenances process chiller, vacuum pump and grenual pump.
