Job Description Generating revenue for the team through educational consulting and by closing sales deals face to face. The candidates will get a chance to rub shoulders with alumni of IITs, IIMs, NITs and various other prestigious institutions of India. Performing candidates may be given opportunities to train and/or lead a team and/or manage important business accounts. Responsibilities Advise student/ parents for their learning needs through structured Counselling Sessions Fix appointments and conduct home demo sessions on daily basis including follow up sessions Generate revenue by counselling prospects and converting them to sales through face to face home demos Understand Customer profile & problems to explain implication of ineffective learning methods Create the need for Smart Learning and advise student-parent to buy company Subscription as solution Handle Objections and Price Negotiation to generate Sales Revenue Learn/ Upgrade ones own Product Knowledge and Sales Skills to achieve and exceed growing Sales target(s)

Experience MBA or Graduate Freshers Good to have 0 to 4 years B2C sales experience Excellent Selling/Negotiation Skills Willing to travel within the city limits for home demos Previous educational industry experience is an added advantage
