DESIGN ENGINEER (SPM) Full Time

Job DescriptionUnderstand the requirement from the documents (RFQ & Drawings) provided by customer.
Generate concepts from the requirement raised by customer.
Explain and review the concepts with internal team and also with customer.
Do the detailed sketching & analytical calculations.
Do the 3D modelling.
Select the Mechanical & Pneumatic standard elements.
Communicate with controls team for selection of Controls and Electrical related standard elements.
Interact with customer.
Prepare Bill of Materials.
Prepare part drawings by applying GD&T wherever applicable.
Prepare assembly drawings.
Prepare IO list & sequence of operation.
Prepare cycle time diagram
Handle the DAP with Customer.
Selection of Mechanical components like Ball Screws, Rails and Rail blocks,
Analytical knowledge to select motors, sensers and other electrical components
Prepare Manuals.Job Type: Full-time

Salary: 25,000.00 to 50,000.00 /month
