KRA for Manager Sales & Marketing –

Should have had an experience of 5-6 years in Sales & Digital Marketing background in Hospitality.

Should have worked in Jaipur market for last 3 years.

Age group of 28-32 will be apt for this position. However a younger personality may also work if found enthusiastic and knowledgeable in his field.

Preferably an IHM Graduate. MBA will be an added advantage.

JOB BREIF

Overall responsibility of Sales Generation for Restaurant

Responsible for tie-ups with Travel Agents/ Tour Operators

Responsible for tie-ups with Event Management Agencies

Responsible for Attend Trade Shows, Community Events and Industry Meetings

Prepares proposals that are geared to maximize profit while satisfying client needs.

Growth of business through retention of key accounts & developing of new accounts in Corporate Sector & Socials for Restaurant

Achieve the Annual Sales Budget & monthly targets

Contacts in-house customers to foster additional business, repeat bookings or referrals to other Brand Hotels.

Communicates client requests to all departments in an effective and timely manner

Prepares reports as necessary to improve management decision making and critical evaluation of work activities

Plan and carry out direct sales activities as per agreed budgets, sales volumes and values
