Education: Graduate.
Experience: 1 – 2 years of Experience in Property Repair related Work.
Job Description:
* Check & Prepare List of Available Fitting at Residential Flats.
* Get an idea about required Repair Work & Quote from Vendor.
* Approval from client about Required Repair Work.
* Plan & Supervise & Get Working on Time.
* Check Quality & Quantity of work before Payment to the Vendor.
* Maintain Relationship with Vendors.
* Handover Flat to Tenants, Write Fitting Fixture exact Situation.
* Guide Tenant for Association move-in Formality, Inspect Property as required.
* Repair work in b/w- Major: Seepage, Leakage/Minor: Plumbing, Electrical, Carpentry.
* Property Tax Payment, Elec Meter Transfer.
* Documents & Payment Collection, Good Communication Skills.
Salary: As Per Industry Standards
