We are looking for talented, versatile, enthusiastic Account and Finance Executive having experience in handling company accounts and finance for at least 2 + yearsexperience. Below mention is the job profile: Job Description** Maintaining Quick books of accounts Accounting of receivable/payable bills Preparation of cash flow statement Generate MIS Statement Bank reconciliation Handle petty cash ensures timely payments of all invoices. Handle payroll on regularly basis Maintain all records systematically and represent it in internal and external audits. Assist the managers in getting timely payments from customers as part of CRM process. Participate in Finance management at Company levelB1. Minimum requirement: ** Expert in Accounting principles and its implementation Should be Computer savvy and hands on MS. Office. Ability to accurately process information. Expert in data entry operation in tally 7.2/9 with general accounting principles. Knowledge of operating tally is must Good knowledge of accounting entries. Should have expertise in handling TDS, filing returns, generate salary certificates such as Form 16 and 16A Should have experience in handling Employees Provident funds, Professional Tax. Should be able to prepare budget and propose it to management.B2. Preferred (plus)** Good English in verbal and written communication Education: **Commerce graduate/MBA in Finance or M.com/Inter CA Professional Experience: **2+ years of professional experience in handling account and finance at company level.Job Type: Full-time Experience: work: 1 year (Preferred) Education: Secondary(10th Pass) (Preferred)
