Description
This role involves onboarding new corporate clients on the CLB platform as well as growing the
existing client base. Essentially, the purpose of this role is to drive CLB business through mapped
corporates. As a Corporate RM, you are responsible for overall portfolio planning at the corporate
level with further break-up at the zone level and for ensuring achievement of targeted numbers
through the field teams. You are expected to identify potential corporate clients and convert them
into actual business partners. Once done, it is important to ensure on-going monitoring of portfolio
&& weeding out stress cases. The roles requires you to ensure timely submission of Key MIS to clients
and have follow-up reviews and issue resolution discussions both at the corporate end as well as the
field end. This calls for a good customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills and the
ability to understand and analyse sales performance metrics
Key Responsibilities
OPERATING INCOME – Through Asset NII, Fee, Liability Income and Cross-Sell
CREDIT ASSESSMENT – Complete financial assessment of clients requiring a credit line
BOOK GROWTH – Both Fund based and Non-Fund based
AUDIT && COMPLIANCE – Adhere to laid-down norms and close customer escalations within defined
timelines
ACQUISITION – Number of new corporate accounts onboarded
Few Success Factors
Strong understanding of the economy, market forces and their inter-connections
Ability to comprehend and understand financial statements, balance sheet and overall financial
health of the client
Up-to-date knowledge of developments in the MSME sector and related regulations
Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to service client requirements
