Job Requirements

Technical (Networking and Desktop) support

New user onboarding

Hardware/software purchasing

Basic network administration

Data archiving and backup management

Liaison with clients to identify and define project requirements

Create or maintain IT infrastructure documentation

After hours on call support and maintenance management

Special/strategic technical projects as needed

Flexibility to work off hours and on weekends is required

Experience Required

BS Information Technology (IT) or Computer Science

2 to 3 years of relevant experience

Strong written and verbal communication skills with novice and technical users

Detail Oriented, outstanding interpersonal skills, and self-motivated personality

Friendly, enthusiastic and enjoy working with people

Strong organizational skills and ability to multi task

Strong follow-through on tasks and projects

Willingness to learn new information and concepts

Ability to take initiative

Experience working in high stress situations

Knowledge of risk and issue management

Knowledge of LAN and WAN networks

Basic understanding of system security and SOC1 compliance

Strong understanding of server hardware components is required

Strong IT troubleshooting skills

MS Office experience (Outlook, Excel, Word, Visio, Project)

Managing/tracking project budget

Experience creating simple and master project schedules and plans

Experience with software and hardware purchasing

Experience with Linux, MySQL, Oracle, VMWare, Windows Servers, FTP and SFTP is highly desirable

Experience with cloud infrastructure is highly desirable

Experience with Linux and Windows scripting is a plus
