Job Description
Understand the geography-wise sales plans from superiors and cascade them to dealer-wise sales plans; ensure achievement of same
Visit dealer locations as per Personal Journey Plans (PJP); Build mutually beneficial relationships with dealers
Ensure dealer development and motivation towards sales and generation of adequate sales funnel; promote new products / SKUs as planned
Track dealer performance and take required action to improve non performing dealers
Build consumer/ influencer connect as per the region to build brand awareness and generate leads for the dealers; (Guide dealer ASEs as applicable)
Identify avenues for superior service delivery & inform superior
Drive exclusivity of dealers as applicable
Maintain regular coordination with In-charge MIS to ensure on-time order fulfilment
Manage outstanding with dealers post order fulfillment periodically
Submit all required reports/ MIS/ competitor profiles on time.
Implement all meets, PPA / schemes & initiatives for dealers, influencers & consumers as per plans
Monitor & ensure effective implementation of all initiatives (RCP/ Tally etc.) at the dealer outlet
Participate in performance reviews and knowledge sharing sessions
Incorporate feedback provided in regular day-to-day working
Support in implementation of initiatives for improvement in the current systems &processes
