2. Dealing with customer queries and complaints.
3. Meeting Sales Target and motivating store team to achieve target.
4. Maintains store staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
5. Manage store inventory and ensures availability of merchandise .
6. Manage store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
7. Identifies current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers.
8. Analyze sales figures and forecast future sales.
9. Organize special promotions, displays and events.
10. Maintain awareness of market trends in the retail industry, understanding forthcoming customer initiatives and monitoring what local competitors are doing.,
