Gate Assembly Shop-Supervisor Full Time

Desired Candidate:

a. Person must have a strong experience in Assembly shop in an Engineering company
b. Must be a Mechanical/Industrial engineer (Industrial eng. preferable)
c. Preference to a person who also understands the machining activity
d. Ability to read and understand the drawings and able to work in SAP
e. Should be aware about the various tools of Best manufacturing practices
f. Must be able to plan the production and should be aware of the capacity requirements
g. Should be aware about the shop layouts, assembly plannings, manpower allocation techniques and VSM process.
h. Must be able to provide the required MIS
i. Responsible for maintaining the OTD by arranging the shop floor activity
j. Should be able to bring a strong control in the process control and implementation of Lean manufacturing
k. Inventory utilization and control
l. Must be involved into development of new processes and toolings
m. Preference to a person who has a know how about the Lean techniques, 5S techniques and its implementation in the shop floor
