Responsibilities:
Manager Operations for business growth & profitability and implement the project pipe line and
transitioning from start-up phase to Business
Implement strategies for augmenting business, identifying and penetrating new market segments.
Designing & implementing marketing plans for augmenting the business volume by enhancing brand
visibility & recall.
Driving sales initiatives to achieve business goals & managing the frontline sales team.
Establish short / long term budgets in tune with the marketing strategies for achieving business
targets
Developing marketing calendar for special projects; maintaining the budgets & costs to the project
Responsible for the business development and clients and explore business potential & opportunities
to secure profitable business volumes
Identify and develop new markets for expanding the reach of the organization.
Handling appropriate media selection for advertising new product launch campaigns. Executing all
in-house advertising activities which include developing campaign strategy, roll out plans and
evaluation
Ensure service delivery to the customers as per internal quality and service standards
