Position Title : Senior Project Manager Role : Lead/ Project Manager with at least 8+ years of experience in IT/ Software Delivery Job Description: Responsibilities: Acting as client s single point of contact, independently manages multiple medium to large scale
complex application and database implementation projects from inception to installation; exercise project control and status reporting techniques; identify risks and mitigation, formulate and define project scope; define technical implementation steps and manage client expectations.
Owns the implementation lifecycle and is responsible for managing all technical risks throughout the project.
Drive project completion across cross functional groups, anticipating and removing barriers. Engage customer throughout project to gather project requirements, solicit feedback about
configuration, and provide guidance and education about the application. Strong client orientation and customer service skills to understand and drive customer solutions. Ability to translate client s business needs/ requirements and presents issues to a range of
audience members. Validates financial forecasts and provides on- going reconciliation of resources and other related
project expenditures. Develops communication plans and interfaces to execute on responsibilities. Develops the project charter, integrated project plan, resource plan, contingency plan, and related
project management artifacts. Publishes periodic project status reports. Proposes recommendations and adjustments. Maintains awareness of new and emerging technologies and the potential application on Projects. Performs related duties as assigned or requested.
Technical Skills Required: Solid influencing skills, Sound business and technical acumen. Focused and versatile team player
that is comfortable under pressure. Ability to communicate at all levels with clarity and precision both written and verbally together
with strong presentation skills. Ability to easily recognize areas for internal improvement and develop plans for implementation. Ability to anticipate client needs and propose alternative business solutions. Excellent problem- solving and critical- thinking skills. Exemplary core project management skills including multiple aspects of the PMBOK. Extensive knowledge and expertise in the use of project management and SDLC methodologies
and tools. Ability to work well with people from many different disciplines with varying degrees of
technical experience. Proficient at MS office , MS – Project , MS – Visio ( diagrams , work flows )
Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP). ITIL V3 Foundation Certified. IT Service Management (ITSM).
Qualification: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Masters in Operation Management will be added advantage
