Expertise in the areas of Sourcing, Screening, Negotiation, Convincing, Scheduling & follow up till the candidate gets on boarded.

A detail-oriented, well organized and resourceful team player Proficient with Microsoft Office & Excel.

Working on Permanent Staffing, Contact, C2H,sales position, etc.

Specialized in Salary Negotiations with candidate.

An effective communicator with excellent relationship building & interpersonal skills.

Possess flexible and work oriented attitude.
