The incumbent shall be required to handle a team of Service Engineers and responsible to carry out the field service operations of the assigned location/territory . He has to ensure timely call closure, manage escalations, ensure complete customer satisfaction and maintain TAT as per company norms. Candidate will also be accountable for generation of service revenue for the assigned territory. Preferably from Consumer Durable / D2H industry. ,
