About your new role:
• Working with the Loan Team to achieve monthly targets.
• Working directly with students. Handling loan queries and issues over calls/online meets.
• Handling the loan case of students from end to end.
• Comfortable taking 70-80 calls per day.
• Any other task assigned by the Manager.

What Makes You a Great Fit:
• Enthusiastic and result oriented.
• Must have relevant experience in the field of Loan Processes of Study Abroad.
• Knowledge of MS Office tools, Specifically Excel is a must.
