Key Responsibilities: Should be creative and enthusiastic to promote joyful learning environment in the class room. Provide a variety of materials and resources for children to explore , manipulate and use both in learning activities and in imaginative play. Teach basic skills , engage children in learning and motivate to explore opportunities. Observe and evaluate children s performance , behavior , social development and physical health Communicate with parents to discuss their children progress , needs , priorities and interests. Vigil in ensuring safety and hygiene of children. Educational Qualification: +2 or Graduate (Bachelor s Degree) , with D.Ed/B.Ed , or Montessori training. Experience: Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in Pre Primary School.,
