Responsibilities include link budgets analysis, system dimensioning for coverage and capacity including traffic analysis, initial system design and dimensioning, coverage planning, site identification, evaluation and zoning support, frequency planning , interference analysis and optimization
KPIs Monitoring and optimization. Parameter Optimization , Traffic and capacity optimization
Preparation of Cell Design Data for the new BTS sites
Radio Network and Switching Sections for rectifying radio network problems and improving the network performance and quality.
