Job Description
Have leadership qualities over and beyond the fitness capability . Should be able to motivate and guide the training team effectively . Monitoring the training team for their training and progress on a daily basis Responsible to train the trainers and upgrading their knowledge . Responsible to generate maximum revenue from PT sales and monitoring the teams PT sales also .
Make sure all trainers are focused on customer service , punctual and presentable at all times .
Planning the event calendar and boot camp activities on a monthly basis Make sure to submit , daily , weekly , monthly report on time . Manage the training teams duty roster and leaves . Responsible for the smooth functioning of the centre . To actively participate in Month End Performance Reviews with the Centre Managers and Director .
Required Experience , Skills and Qualifications
Education Graduation or equivalent Previous Job Experience Minimum 1 year in the Fitness Industry Certification Fitness Certification / Education is a plus point . (Will be given preference) Have working knowledge of Computers (emails , excel , word) Salary Offered 15 , 000 25 , 000 / Month plus Target Incentives,
