Requirement:
Responsible for design, implementation, and development of decisioning solutions that meet the client’s business requirements.
Assess Decisioning capabilities, establish and or expand the technical platform to enable and support multi- channel and interactive customer Decisioning strategies
Lead the planning, and implementation of Decisioning initiatives
Support business requirements gathering and documentation development
Provide consultation, communication and training to team and users
Own and lead the design and development work for Pegadecisioning/Marketing projects
Work on decisioning initiatives which may include:
1)Reviewing logic requirements with the client
2)Designing the decisioning logic
3)Building and testing decision logic rules
4)Dynamic campaign execution
5)Participate in change management activities
6)Conduct performance monitoring and tuning
Experience and Skills:
Design and development experience with Pega Rules Process Commander (PRPC) including Decision Services Model (DSM) decisioning applications [at least 2 years]
2+ years’ experience on Pegadecisioning implementation
Experience in Agile development methodologies
Experience of CRM solutions would be beneficialPega CPMC and CPDC certificationPega CLSA certification
