Coordination with consultants for Planning of the project along with planning team Coordination with the execution team for smooth executing activity of the project as per planning Monitoring and controlling of the project as per drawing and plan decided in the start of the project. Out Comes are rectified if found in the project budgeting with finance team for allocation of fund for site functioning Vendor Management (Searching to Finalization) Material Management: Coordination with Purchase Department for timely procurement of the material Planning of the project along with planning team Leading the execution team for smooth executing activity of the project as per planning Monitoring and controlling of the project as per drawing and plan decided in the start of the project.
