Qualification: – B.com MBA

EXE: – 5 To 10yrs.

Salary: – 3.5 To 6.5Lakh P.A

Preparation of voucher && maintain Cash && Bank Transactions and Issuing of Cheques.

Bank Reconciliation && Branch Reconciliation, Branch Accounts

Reconciliation for TDS Receivable && Payable details on monthly basis

Reconciliation of Debtors && Creditors Ledgers

Checking of E-mails && sending their Reply either independently or in consolations with him.

Monitor Day To Day Accounts.

Responsible to deposit TDS, Sales Tax, GST, Excises, ESIC, EPFO, and electricity other, Payable

General Accounting works.

Handling Sales Tax Matters including CST, VAT && GST Online filling of return and Assessments

Preparation of quarterly sales Tax, GST case, i.e. submitted form C, D- Vat 30,

Preparation of quarterly Excise return and filing online

Book Keeping && Vouchers Entry verified day to day to

Preparation Quotation and Purchase order, Performa Invoice.

Preparation Export && Import documentations

Preparing Debtor Reconciliations Statements

Maintenance of Stock, Stock Statement

Making Trial Balance && Finalized Balance Sheet
